- We normally ship via US Postal Service within 2 business days of receiving payment for an order. Express shipping is also available. If an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will advise you immediately. You may then cancel your order if you prefer. Special orders or requests will be discussed as they arise, as some quilt kits take longer to prepare than others. Charges for shipping and handling are calculated on the Shopping Cart page. Rates are based on price and weight.

Personal Information includes your name, address, credit card numbers, phone numbers, email address, and any financial information that you provide. Information that we have access to, and collect, that is not personal or readily tied to your name or ID includes data such as which search engine or website you used to access Creative Quilt Kits, what pages of ours you visited, your browser type, and the like. All of this non-personal data cannot be readily traced back to you.
OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information to complete transactions and respond to your questions, concerns, or suggestions. We use the non-personal data for internal review, to improve the quality, efficiency, and attractiveness of our website, as well as the effectiveness of our marketing. After it is analyzed, it is discarded.

We contract with vendors and service providers to assist us in operating our business. SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
We use Paypal for the purpose of processing credit card purchases. Paypal has secure and encrypted systems to prevent the theft of your credit card number.
