This purple batik, from the Retro Central Park Artisan Batiks collection designed by Lunn Studio for Robert Kaufman Fabrics, features purple hued dots against a lighter mottled purple background. All batiks are hand dyed. The colors vary even within a bolt of fabric. Because of the nature of the hand-dying process, batiks often bleed or run.
